Workshops

There are a range of workshops which are offered to individuals, groups, companies or institutions. A selection of these workshops are outlined here.

For Schools;

An Introduction to Coaching and Counselling for School Staff - A free of charge introductory session which can be delivered as a staff meeting or twilight session lasting between 30 mins to 1 hour. This introductory workshop will outline the services and benefits of coaching and counselling for school staff with relation to managing both daily life and workload demands.

Coaching and Counselling for School Staff Half Day Workshop - This half day workshop will introduce coaching and counselling for school staff to staff, it will illustrate the benefits for staff in schools and allow them to participate in practical exercises.

For Individuals or Groups,

An Introduction to Life Coaching - A workshop introducing the theory and practices of Life Coaching. This is of benefit to individuals, groups or organisations who have an interest in life coaching but are not certain what it is or how it could be of benefit to them.  This workshop can be arranged for groups and organisations provided at least 6 people will be attending and a suitable venue is available. Individuals may either enquire about a workshop being arranged in their area or arrange for 5 others to join and organise a suitable venue. 

Life Path Coaching - An introductory workshop for Life Path Coaching is available for groups of 6 or more people. This workshop introduces the concept of Life Path Coaching and allows participants to take part in practical exercises to reveal their Life Path. This is usually offered as a half-day workshop.

Later Life Coaching - An introduction to Later Life Coaching can be offered to groups of people aged 60 or over. This will outline a simple philosophy behind Life Coaching and explain the benefits to clients in this age group.
