	Coaching and Counselling for School Staff . Recognising that working in schools is one of the most stressful and demanding of roles in modern society, this service has been devised to support staff in schools to help them give their best and support them when facing problems.

	Life Path Coaching Coaching approach to help people determine their values, life purpose and future direction. This service is offered via one-to-one sessions or through workshops.
	Personal Quality Coaching A unique coaching approach based upon developing personal qualities within the individual. This service can be offered in one-to-one sessions or through workshops and an introductory activity is available for download.
	Relationship Coaching Coaching for individuals or couples seeking new or better relationships. This is a suite of coaching approaches designed to enable people to better understand their relationships with partners or potential partners. It is designed to help promote better relationships and to support people move their relationships forward.
	Life Coaching For Men Life coaching is of use to anyone regardless of age, gender or belief. However, there appears to be an imbalance in what is offered, with 'Life Coaching' often appearing more orientated toward women. This service seeks to re-address that balance by offering a life coaching service especially for men.
